Our sales team, experienced and solution-driven, takes full advantage of this focus as they introduce our services and way of doing business to the publishing, banking, insurance, nonprofit, entertainment and advertising segments of the direct marketing industry.

While a successful sales professional with a major envelope and direct mail production firm, Joe envisioned a new type of company: one that put clients first and specialized in personal service. In October, 1988, that vision became reality with the creation of Service Graphics. Experienced in all aspects of direct mail, Joe has been responsible for producing some of the largest and most effective packages in the industry. Under his leadership, Service Graphics has consistently expanded both in size and scope of projects handled. Ever the supporter of the underdog, Joe is widely regarded as the #1 Cub fan in the Chicago area.

Steve joined the Service Graphics team in 1991, after a lengthy career with industry leaders in printing, personalization, and both traditional and in-line production. He has contributed strongly to our corporate growth through systematization of procedures and development of our proprietary project management software. Asked what makes Service Graphics so successful, Steve responds: "There are three things: We really care about our customers and meeting our commitments. Our structure allows us to start with the needs of our clients, not a piece of equipment. And, we have a great staff that makes it happen. Steve spends his free time boating, biking and golfing.

Bob joined Service Graphics in 1988, bringing his considerable sales aptitude to our team. While he is responsible for handling many of the company's major clients, our entire staff benefits from his humor and positive approach to the world of business. Bob is an avid Cubs, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks fan as well as a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers where his son attends school. Lastly Bob is an avid golfer and nature lover, two interests he can enjoy simultaneously seeing that he spends most of his time in the woods during a round of golf.

One of the founding fathers of SGI, Bill joined Service Graphics in 1988 as the company's first, and at the time, only production manager. His extensive experience in placing various direct mail components was invaluable to the young and growing company. As our production management team grew in size and expertise, Bill made a very successful transition into sales, where he continues to serve some of our largest clients. Bill travels the midwest attending his teen age sons travel hockey games. In his free time he is a sports photographer and collector of putters and golf "stuff".
